Rajveer Dey Wiki, Age, Height, Net Worth 2026

Rajveer Dey is an actor and model from Siliguri, West Bengal, who entered Bigg Boss Bangla Season 3 as a wildcard contestant on 6 September 2026 and became one of its most talked-about housemates. Before the Bengali reality show, he had built a reality television profile on MTV Roadies: Karm Ya Kaand (2023). Like fellow reality-show contestants Aman Gandhi and Love Gill, Dey arrived on Bigg Boss with a television past — and, like them, quickly found himself at the centre of house arguments. His closeness with fellow contestant Nandini Dutta, and a warning from host Sourav Ganguly, made him a trending name again in late October 2026.

Early Life

Rajveer Dey was born in Siliguri, West Bengal, and spent his childhood there with his parents and a younger brother, according to his Roadies-era profiles. He studied at Siliguri College, as reported by Wikibio, and later moved to Mumbai to pursue modelling and acting. Before entering entertainment full time, he ran a luggage business, Indian Luggage House, selling luggage wholesale and retail, according to Tring’s profile of him.

His first major public break came in modelling. Profiles describe him as one of the title winners at Peter England Mr India 2017, though the overall title that year went to Jitesh Singh Deo, as reported by The Times of India, so Dey’s win is best understood as a subsidiary title rather than the overall crown. The pageant exposure helped him move into television and advertising work in Mumbai, where he has lived and worked for several years, as reported by Mathrubhumi.

Career

Dey’s television journey reportedly began in 2020, according to Mathrubhumi, with appearances in television serials and brand advertisements. His acting credits listed across profiles include Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 and Puncch Beat 2, along with Udaan and Cold Lassi Aur Chicken Masala, as listed by Tring.

His national breakthrough came with MTV Roadies: Karm Ya Kaand, the nineteenth season of the show, hosted by Sonu Sood and premiered on 3 June 2023, with Prince Narula, Gautam Gulati and Rhea Chakraborty as gang leaders. Dey began in Gautam Gulati’s gang and later moved to Rhea Chakraborty’s gang after a gang-swapping task. In interviews with Mid-Day after his exit in September 2023, he said he felt he became the least priority in his new gang and that a knee injury during a task left him sidelined. The season was eventually won by Vashu Jain of Gang Rhea.

Dey returned to reality television three years later with Bigg Boss Bangla Season 3, which premiered on 30 August 2026 on Star Jalsha and JioHotstar with Sourav Ganguly as host, as reported by Mathrubhumi. He entered the house on 6 September 2026, eight days after the season began with 15 contestants, following the eviction of Anindya Sengupta. His first weeks were combative, as reported by Mathrubhumi: a bed dispute with Monami Ghosh, an argument after he used the phrase “chamgi mumgi” while addressing Sayak, and a confrontation with Dipendu Biswas after he described some contestants as a “flock of sheep”. Reports also noted his attempts to influence fellow contestant Jayita Chatterjee during her confrontation with Tanushree Roy Das.

As the season progressed, Dey’s closeness with Nandini Dutta became its biggest talking point. During the Dada Darbar weekend episodes, host Sourav Ganguly reprimanded the pair and reminded them that the show is watched by families, issuing what reports described as a final warning over their repeated displays of affection on camera. In the week 9 elimination, reported by Filmibeat, Dey and Nandini were left in the bottom two after Srijla Guha and Tanushree Roy Das were declared safe, and Nandini was told she was leaving the main house — only for reports to emerge that she had been moved to a secret room rather than eliminated. As of 2 November 2026, Dey was also reported among the week 10 nominees, alongside Srijla, Ranieeta and Tanushree.

Personal Life

Dey keeps much of his private life out of the spotlight, and no reliable source confirms a partner for him as of November 2026. His Roadies-era profile listed him as single as of March 2025, according to Wikibio. His closeness with Nandini Dutta inside the Bigg Boss Bangla house has been widely discussed, but neither contestant has publicly confirmed an off-screen relationship. Outside reality television, profiles describe him as a motorbike enthusiast, and he is active on Instagram as @rajveerdey_official, as listed by Tring.
