In his very first feature film, Domi She has colored a new canvas of entertainment. It is true that in this ‘Lal Color’ initially seems to spread with all the negative thoughts, but as the film progresses, its writer and director together change the meaning of this color.
Turning Red ReviewThe film ‘Turning Raid’ is one of the biggest interventions of recent cinema on female subjects. How a menstruating woman has been seen by the elders of the household as a sacrifice, especially the women of the household. And, how in the changing times, fathers of the new era are coming closer to their daughters than mothers, the film also makes a meaningful comment.

Turning Red Review:
Turning Red is Pixar’s new animated film. This is the story of Mei, a Chinese-Canadian teenage girl. One day Mei suddenly transforms into a big red panda. Mei understands that it is only when she is stressed, angry and upset that she turns into a red panda. For Mei, this change is strange and intimidating. But a deep meaning is also hidden inside it. This is how the strange story of his life begins.
Mei is falling behind in her studies due to the love of her fun friends and a boy band. In such a situation, when the problem of turning into a red panda comes in front of him, then his problems increase. Mei’s relationship with his tough mother is also getting complicated. Mei’s mother Ming Lee is tough as well as overprotective. His love for his daughter is good but sometimes it becomes too much.
Seeing bad reviews of Turning Red reminds me of how white men take in any form of media expecting it to cater to their taste and being upset when it doesn’t.

Caught between studies and mother, Mei learns that her problem of turning into a red panda is no different, but has been happening in her family for a long time. To avoid this difficulty, the customs that Mei needs to do when it is necessary to do the same day and time of the concert of his favorite band. In such a situation, what happens to Mei is the thing to be seen in the film.
Director Domee Shi has made this film in a good way. This is a fun film, in which writers Shi and Julia Cho have also added to the mythology. This film reminds you of Pixar’s long-time back film Brave. In that film too, the relationship between mother and daughter was shown like Turning Raid. This film also makes you feel the emotions and you also enjoy watching it. You can watch this movie on Disney Plus Hotstar anytime.
