She started her career in 2001 as minute role of supporting actress in movie “Dil Chahta Hai” and she worked as the assistant director in “Lagaan” hit film directed by Ashutosh Gowariker.
Thereafter, she worked as second assistant director with director Mira Nair hit movie “Monsoon Wedding”.
In 2004, she also worked as assistant director in “Swades”.
She was working in many bollywood movies as Producer like “Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na” (2008), “Peepli Live” (2010), “Dhobi Ghat” (2011), “Delhi Belly” (2011), “Talaash” (2012), “Dangal” (2016), “Secret Superstar” (2017), “Rubaru Roshni” (2019).
