Nithya Menen was born on the 8th of April, 1988 (Age: 34 years; As of 2022) in Banashankari, Banglore, India.

Educational Qualification
She studied journalism at the Manipal Institute of Communication and Banglore’s Mount Caramel College. According to media reports, she actively participated in co-curricular activities in her school days.
Nithya was good at dance and singing from a very young age. Also, when she was the age of 10, she did a role in the English language film, “The Monkey Who Knew Too Much” in 1998. She has always desired to become a journalist.
But when she was pursuing journalism, she found that it was not appealing, and in turn, decided to study filmmaking. Nithya moved to Pune’s Film and Television Institute of India for completing the course in cinematography.
When Nithya appeared for the entrance exam of the cinematography course, she came across the film director, B.V. Nandini Reddy, who convinced her to pursue acting.

She made her Malayalam film debut with “Akasha Gopuram”, her Kannada film debut with “Josh”, her Telugu film debut with “Ala Modalaindi” and her Tamil film debut with “Nootrenbadhu”.
Nithya Menen was featured and acted in films like “Ishq”, “Ustad Hotel”, “Mersal”, “Awe”, “100 Days of Love”, “Iru Mugan”, “24”, and “Praana”.
Nithya Menen made her Bollywood debut with the film “Mission Mangal” by Bollywood star Akshay Kumar in 2019.
Also in 2020, Nithya Menen made her web series debut with “Breathe: Into the Shadows”.
