Kanika Mann Wiki, Age, Height, Net Worth 2026

Kanika Mann is an Indian television actress and model who became a household name playing the title role of Guddan in Zee TV’s long-running daily soap Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega. A former model crowned Miss Continental at the Miss India Elite pageant in 2015, she worked her way through Punjabi music videos and films before her Hindi television debut in Badho Bahu (2016). In September 2026 she entered the Bigg Boss 20 house hosted by Salman Khan, where her nominations, clashes with fellow housemates and the Weekend Ka Vaar confrontation over remarks made to her by Qazi Touqeer have kept her in the entertainment news cycle through October 2026.

Early Life

Kanika Mann was born on 7 October 1993 in Panipat, Haryana, which makes her 33 years old as of October 2026 — her birthday was publicly acknowledged this month by producer Ekta Kapoor, who posted a birthday message for her on 7 October 2026, per the Free Press Journal. Biographical profiles describe her as hailing from a Punjabi family in Panipat and note that she reportedly completed a postgraduate degree in law (LL.M.) at Panjab University, Chandigarh, after schooling in her home state, according to Wikibuff and A Reporter Live.

Her reported family includes her father, Kamal Mann (also named as Kanwar Jeet Singh Mann), her mother Sudesh Mann, and two younger siblings — brother Abhijeet Mann and sister Simran Mann, per profile sites including Wikibuff and Snostl. She is said to go by the nickname “Kannu” among family and friends.

Career

Kanika began her professional life as a model. In 2015 she won the Miss Continental title at the Miss India Elite pageant, per The TV Junkies, and went on to appear in television commercials and Punjabi music videos. Her early video appearances included Sharry Maan’s “Roohafza” in 2015 and Maninder Buttar’s hit “Viah,” where she was frequently noted for her screen presence.

She then moved into Punjabi cinema, with roles in Rocky Mental (2017) and Daana Paani (2018). Her Hindi television debut came with Badho Bahu in 2016, but her breakthrough arrived with Zee TV’s Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega, in which she played the spirited young protagonist Guddan Jindal. The show ran for several years and made her one of the most recognisable faces on Hindi television, earning her a large social media following — biographical profiles credit her with over 7 million Instagram followers.

In 2026, Kanika’s career took a reality-television turn. She entered the Bigg Boss 20 house in September 2026. That same week she was drawn into a heated confrontation with Arishfa Khan, who reportedly poured water on the beds of Kanika, Gullu and Mahi after losing a ration lifeline, prompting Kanika to call the move childish, according to Filmibeat.

Earlier, an incident involving fellow contestant Qazi Touqeer became one of the season’s talking points: during a teacher-student roleplay, Qazi made a “lollipop” remark that Kanika immediately objected to as a double-meaning comment, per the Times of Bengal. Host Salman Khan later confronted Qazi about the remark during a Weekend Ka Vaar episode, as reported by India.com. As of 21 October 2026, Kanika remains inside the Bigg Boss 20 house, alongside contestants such as boxing legend Mary Kom, who has herself been nominated in the same week-7 line-up.
