She studied journalism at the Manipal Institute of Communication and Banglore’s Mount Caramel College. According to media reports, she actively participated in co-curricular activities in her school days.
Nithya was good at dance and singing from a very young age. Also, when she was the age of 10, she did a role in the English language film, “The Monkey Who Knew Too Much” in 1998. She has always desired to become a journalist.
